The room is fully furnished with a king single bed, a very comfortable posture pedic mattress, a wardrobe, a chair, 1 bed side table, 3 storage boxes and a mirror. I supply the linen free of charge. You will get access to free internet and phone all the time and there are no bills to pay whatsoever. You will also have access to the laundry and the kitchen. You will get a lockable room and full privacy is guaranteed. We live in a secure building so you don't have to worry about security. We live on the most popular street of Liverpool making us only 5 minutes walk to the train station, shops and the hospital. I am only willing to accommodate females please and no pets will be allowed. The room is suitable for a single person. The rent is only $150 per week.
