Merrylands West 2 minutes walk to bust and 10 minutes walk to Train.

I have two fully furnished bedrooms to rent I would like females only and neat and tidy people only. The bedrooms are quiet big and very neat and are fully furnished. We are a 2 minute walk to the bus station and 10 minute walk to the Train station we are also a 10 minute walk to the major shopping centre which is Stockland Mall there are 3 people living in the house it is a big family home. I would like people who are honest, reliable, and who are friendly, and easy to get along with. I am willing to help all students in the best way I can.
