San Diego 3 miles to bay/beach on busline to schools

I am a single semi retired woman with a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a complex with pool,jacquzzi. I have opened only 1 bedroom for visitng students, I have had a catering business so I do enjoy making good food!! My home is 3 miles from bay or beach and the #41 busline is right in front of complex. This goes directly to UCSD in 15 minutes or to trolley station.I enjoy good food, music and company and having people from other cultures sharing stories with me.I love showing off my wonderful San Diego and know lots of awesome places to visit. I offer a very nice bedroom and private bath in a lovely home.
