Student Homestay and Guardianship @ Kovan, Singapore

Hello, I am a former banker now working flexible hours as an independent investment consultant, my wife works as an executive in a public listed MNC, and we have a beautiful baby girl just turning one year old. We live in a spacious two storey house in the Kovan area, with 2200sft of land area and a built up area of 4000sft. There is more space than our small family needs, so we would like to offer two of our spare bedrooms for use as a homestay with full board and meals for up to 4 students (twin-share). Rooms are on the second floor, with beds, built in wardrobes, study desks and air-conditioning. Use of broadband internet and cable TV included. A large family room with a balcony is next to the bedrooms, where the students can use for study or recreation in privacy. We have a full-time domestic helper to help with housekeeping, laundry and cooking. We can provide guardianship and sponsorship services. Home tuition and private transportation can be arranged at additional cost.
