Ascot Vale, Walking distance to Victoria University or 5 kms from CBD

A modern garden bungalow with ensuite is available in my home, just a short stroll to trams and only 5km from the city. The room is large and bright and has just been painted. It is also furnished with a queen bed and a small cupboard and chest of drawers. We are a fun-loving family (me and my two sons share the house) and we are very flexible and welcoming. Breakfast is included (help yourself), and we are happy for you to join us for dinner when we cook as we usually cook a lot of food (it's the Italian in me!). If you are flexible and happy and like to chill out most nights, then you will suit our family. We won't be expecting you to be our long lost friend - you will have your own space, in your own garden bungalow - with your own ensuite. But we will look out for you and make sure you are not lonely! This accomodation would suit a female student wishing for a comfortable and friendly home environment. Oh...and we also have a really cute little sausage dog! Sorry, I'm not sure how to upload photos but, we have a modern renovated house, and a spa in the garden too! The rent is 250 per week all inclusive of rent, bills, internet and breakfast.
