Close to high schools in Walnut area, and Cal Poly, Mont Sac college

My new remodel house is in a great location, which is very close to Mont Sac College, Cal Poly University, also the high schools including Walnut, Rowland Heights, and West Covina areas. I am a biomedical engineer. Since I'm usually very busy, mostly my parents will take care of the home staying guest. They are very nice, speak Chinese, and making various delicious food.
