Pakenham - Nice family home to share with overseas student

We are a couple with a 4yr old daughter. House is in Pakenham. There's a bus stop almost a few doorsteps away going to town & train station (10 minutes drive). If you feel like walking, the main town is 35 minutes away. We have a spare room available. Ducted heating in the house. The room is not big but it can accommodate a single bed + desk + small tv unit. It has built in robe. Most of all, you will have the comfort of a home. You will have the bathroom & toilet to share with our daughter but the shower is all yours as she only uses the spabath. Ample space in the bathroom to put your stuff. We have all accessories in the kitchen & a nice family room where you can sit & relax & have your meals. Our daughter plays mostly in the room at the front of house which is quite far from the bedroom we want to rent. Big backyard and undercover area for warmer season. Washing machine in the laundry. We are very friendly and looking forward to share this room to someone who would be respectful of our home.
