Newly decorated, new furniture for female student

Beautiful just completely redecorated a new room,on the upper level of my home, bright morning sun with two windows, new full size bed, new bedding, new dresser/storage chest,huge mirror, desk, lamps, carpets, drapes, knockout blinds, newly painted, Full size closet.The room has not been posted on homestay yet. All utilites except phone, WIFI, laundry on the mainlevel. Safe all adult females, on direct VIU bus routes, close to shopping, anything you may need. Large deck with view of park/water lake bordering my backyard. References required, first and last month deposit. Room will rent very quickly, available now. Experienced homestay parent, retired VIU instructor, professional works from home, flexible hours, experienced with ESL program, currently 1 female international student attending VIU MBA program, and eldest daughter attending bachelor science program at VIU.
