Favoriten is home to one of the most successful Austrian Bundesliga teams FK Austria Wien, who plays at the Generali Arena. Our flat is unique and beautiful with a terrace and an outdoor sofa. All rooms are separately accessible. Our flat includes the following services and amenities as mentioned below: - Rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, couch, desk, and wardrobe with mirror, workspace, etc. - Common areas are cleaned every two weeks, and every necessary repairment is done as soon as possible. - Shared kitchen with your flatmates, and it comes equipped with a refrigerator, all devices, culinary tools, and cooking equipment. It is also cleaned every two weeks by our housekeeping. - Wi-fi Internet connection included. - Access to our terrace, outdoor sofa, and BBQ grill. Our founder is living at the moment in Herzgasse with 9 roommates, and he enjoys it extremely. For this, he would like to share with some others mates and share experiences.
