lovely inner city cottage

I live in a 3 bedroom renovated Queenslander in Clayfield about 10 kms from the Brisbane International Airport and 10 kms from Brisbane City. There are buses to the city located a minute from the house and a 3 train stations - 1 within walking distance and a 5 minute drive away. Close by is funky Nundah Village, Racecourse Road precinct and Toombul Shopping Centre is a short walk from home. I live on a quiet street with my little dog Mia. Clayfield is a quiet established leafy suburb. It is safe and close to everything. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a comfortable lounge, a separate dining room, a sun deck and front sun room and fully equipped family kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer. Its a happy house with lots of color, ethnic food, peace and quiet when you need it. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Cottage Room) with Private bathroom My Cottage room is an airconditioned room with a double bed, and chest of drawers. The room is bright and happy and suitable for 1 or two guests. Capacity: 2 Rates: 420.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after! Please do not invite strangers into my home. If you would like to have a friend over just agree with me in advance. Please switch lights and fans off when you leave the house.
