One housemate. Nice clean bathroom with bath. Only have to share bathroom with visitors. Parking for car or walk to bus and public transport. Close to beautiful beaches and parklands and nice walks. Lovely, safe neighborhood. Good walks. Sorry no pets (as I already have two dogs)
