Be welcomed into our family!

You will be welcomed into our home, with as much involvment as you want! Price inc room rent, laundry (if you wish) light breakfast and dinner (whatever the family is having), NBN internet, power, water, gas (all house overhead bills) and Furnished room with ensuite (shower toilet and basin), close to the beach & transport! Welcomed into family of 4! We have two children a girl who is 7 and boy who is 4. We our 30, who enjoy family life and love to experience what South Australia has for us to explore. I am a stay at home mum who volunteers at our daughters dance school 4 nights a week, Partner works full time during the day. Children are at kindergarten and school. We want our guest to feel like they are at home and are welcome to bring there own funture or use ours! Your room is on the ground level, and all our sleeping rooms are upstairs so you will have a very private room with no Disturbance from us! If you would like all food supplied we would discuss extra cost to cover just the food if it’s not what we normally eat! But honestly your welcome to whatever is in our fridge and pantry!! I am a vegan and cook vegan dishes, but rest of the family eat anything (all meat, fish, chicken ect) Room(s): 1. Twin Room (1 bedroom ) with Ensuite bathroom Room to yourself and have a single bed or two people and have two single beds. Comes with a desk but there is also a office part of the house you can use too. Feel free to move the furniture around your room or add or take out whatever you like! Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: Be welcomed into our home and family! This will be your home and be apart of our family. We don’t have a huge list of rules, we would like you to feel at home and have respect for the house and those who live in it. Have the room to yourself or share with a friend. No smoking in the house and in the yard. No large parties but at request we are more then happy to host gatherings! Feel free to invite friends over for study sessions! When friends are over we ask they use your private bathroom. To be in charge of cleaning your room and bathroom but happy to assist if needed!
