Ocean View

Hi :) We are a family of 4 and we live in a big 2 level, 4 bedroom home across from the ocean. We love our music, movies, swimming, bbq and spending time with the people we love :) I home school my daughters, and I work from home as an Intuitive Massage Therapist. I also do IO mahi from home, which is a form of tradition Maori healing. We’re a down to earth type of family. We get along easy with others. My two youngest daughters and I live upstairs, and my adult son and his girlfriend share a room downstairs. We are a happy family that gets on well, and we also value the space and privacy of each other. You’ll receive the same respect in our home :) Room(s): 1. Double Room (Ocean View) with Shared bathroom Double bed. Fan can be provided. This room is across from the downstairs lounge, kitchenette and outdoor bbq area which you can use during your stay. You have a bathroom and toilet downstairs for your use. The laundry is also located downstairs. Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Smoking or vaping outside area only. Only paying guests are allowed to stay. Clean up after yourselves immediately to avoid ants. No parties. Quiet drinks are fine. Amenities: Bikes for use, Laundry, Parking
