There are plenty of desks and meeting rooms available for those private calls. As well as that, every room has a desk you can use. Yes, all rooms are fully furnished. Yes, we have communal kitchens with cookware. As well as a laundry unit next to it. No, we take care of that. Our shared spaces are our communal kitchens, a coworking space on the 11th floor with a terrace overlooking the city and mountain Vitosha, and a restaurant on the 12th floor with a lounge area perfect for reading or playing board games. All residents have their own room and bathroom within the coliving area for more privacy. Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. We allow couples and friends to stay in our rooms, ensuring plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Yes. Our community manager is Svetlozar. He is always available to chat with you and answer your questions. On your arrival date, he will give you more information about our coliving and introduce you to the community on-site. 10-15 minutes drive to Sofia Airport with a cab. We currently have between 20 and 30 people staying at our coliving. We welcome everybody, no matter their religion, race, or sexual orientation, and at this moment, our members are mainly from Europe and South America. The property is 15 minutes from the city centre.
