Angie, Jeff and our cousin live in a 6000 sq feet home w two kitchens and a pool in Markham Ontario, which may be one of the most multicultural cities on the planet. We back onto green space but are close to all kinds of transportation. I am a teacher and can help with English. ESL classes available nearby by a TOEFL for 7 dollars per hour, if you want more extra help with English. Everything else within walking distance. You will have a semi private kitchen, shared with Avi, our permanent house mate and shared with other shirt term hiuse guests. Capacity: 1 Rates: 600.00 Weekly / 2000.00 Monthly House Rules: Masks must be worn in all common areas abd when with other guests. Smoking only on porch using ashtray provided. Respect quiet times when others are sleeping. Breakfast and other meals are not included in the price. Social distancing with Jeff and Abgie is also required. A guest who.didnt follow these expectations one time...just once...gave Angie covid and now she can't see or hear like she once did so while she is happy to share her home, physical safety is the priority.
