Hello, welcome to Vancouver! The location is ideal for new visitors. Just 15 minutes to downtown on the train. We live on a quiet, green street that's close to everything. Buses, trains and Oakridge mall are just a few minutes walk. Direct public transportation to UBC, Langara College, downtown schools and the airport. My home is bright, cheerful and our neighbourhood is clean and safe to walk at any time. The back garden is a park like setting, green, private and very relaxing. We live in a 5 bedroom home with my international family and I have 3 homestay rooms available for guests. I have met so many amazing, adventurous people from all over the world, I know that I will continue to meet and look forward to many more. Nice double room is furnished, double bed, large desk, side tables, dresser, big closet, great storage. The bathrooms are shared with guests only. Very clean! Capacity: 2 Rates: 325.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room # 2, west facing single ) with Shared bathroom This South facing single room is bright and cheerful. Big windows, green outlook with a built-in desk and shelving. This is a very comfortable room for one person. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (Room # 3, north facing/garden outlook) with Shared bathroom Great for couples or singles, comfortable, spacious east facing room, very quiet. Bright in the day and cool in the evening. Furnished with a queen size bed, desk, dresser drawer and great closet space. Capacity: 2 Rates: 325.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Please keep our house secure, always be sure to lock the doors when entering and leaving. Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you. Please keep noise to a minimum after midnight. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance. Always clean up after yourself and be respectful to all.
