Recurring payment obligations for stays of 1 month or more are always due in advance on the 1st of a month and have to be paid by the guest.  If the guest (for any reason whatsoever) is completely or partially in arrears of payment for the / the following occupancy period (s), the host may (even without prior reminder / s) cancel the accommodation on leave at 12.00 the next day, as the late payment has already occurred.
