If it is made 10 days before arrival, a fee will be kept by the host depending on the length of the period. All is written above. For long-term stay (more than sixty days), the room fee will then be settled on a monthly basis on the 10th of each preceding month. A guarantee deposit will be requested for long stay at the time of registration on line and refunded from the final monthly payment.
