Room of 11 m2, quiet, in an apartment of 105 m2, on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a building on a pedestrian walkway, ideally located (3 minutes from Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, 5 minutes from the picturesque rue de Belleville, close to 2 metro stations). 140X190 bed. Baby bed available. Private bathroom. Bathroom. Formula with or without breakfast, depending on your choice. Occasional access to the kitchen possible. Small balconies. Price of the night varies depending on the number of people: €55 for one person and €65 for two.
