Single Room (Newly Furnished Double Bedroom) with Shared bathroom This room has a new Double Bedroom, furnished with wardrobe, computer desk with nice and warm table light and chair. Has a double bed drawer too. It's south-facing with lots of natural sunlight! Capacity: 1 Rates: 530.00 Weekly / 1990.00 Monthly House Rules: Stay clean and tidy all the time. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Payment Policy: Cash payment only. You will be required to pay the full amount of the room, including fees upfront. A $250 deposit is required and will be returned to you on your departure date. Cancellation Policy:  Any changes on your reservation must be done 7 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations that are not canceled within 7 days are subject to a charge of one night's stay.
