Spacious house close facilities

My husband and I stay at the house at the moment. Close to bus stop, schools, shopping Centers, cafe, gym and motorways. House is located at a sunny position. Householder is clean and tidy and friendly. Jehovah’s Witnesses householder. I am a dressmaker therefore I can provide dressmaking and clothing alterations with extra charge. I can speak English, Cantonese and mandarin fluently. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 270.00 Weekly / 980.00 Monthly House Rules: Must clean up straight away after use of all facilities. Vacuum clean room every week.
