We have a double bedroom available in our 5 bedroom home. The rent includes power, water and internet. Living at our home are 4 adults ( 3 full-time workers and 1 university student). Our age is mid 20's - mid 30's. We are all friendly and welcoming people that live in a warm and clean home. Room(s): 1. Single Room (2nd floor bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 800.00 Monthly House Rules: There is a bond of $400 - this $400 will be returned once the guest leaves. This is to cover any damages if they are made. If the room is left in good condition, the bond will be returned immediately. This is to be paid when they move in. Smoking is strictly outdoors only.
