Friendly homely Family

Executive suburban home. We are a friendly professional working couple minutes away from a shopping centre that has a Dr + Dentist, supermarket etc. We live in a warm modern four bedroom, 2 bathroom home, lovely garden and outdoor area. We are approx 15 minutes by bus to the city. We live close to some christchurchs lovely parks and walking tracks, the beach 20 minutes away by car. We offer homestay to female only. We have a small Westie terrier dog that is super friendly. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Queen Room ) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 260.00 Weekly / 1040.00 Monthly House Rules: We only ask that you respect our family home, be clean and tidy, making sure the house is secure upon leaving each day.
