I live in a upmarket, very tidy, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom , fully Furnished Apartment, with a Heat Pump, Wash MAch and Dryer, Wifi and a parking space.....I am a mature single professional Christian lady who is warm friendly and you feel comfortable coming home day after work or college to relax on a deck or private court yard, which is good for barbeques as well. My street is a dead end street and is very quiet, and you will find all the shops, cafes, restaurants and transport are very centrally located. (Waltham Room(s): 1. Double Room (1 bedroom fully furnished) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Feel free to use the kitchen and to please tidy up after as I am a very clean and house proud person and I like things to stay that way..house always smelling with beautiful candles and oils and lovely smells of food as I also enjoy cooking. Please enjoy your space and home and to respect mine as well... No smoking in the home.. Please do not invite strangers into our home, but I would like to know in advance if you invite a friend. Please always keep our home secure and locked at all times, when entering and leaving the home.
