We are in the heart of Portugal's stunning countryside, 50 km from Porto. A bus stop, an ATM, and a small bakery/grocery store (open daily from 07:30 to 11:00) are located 150 meters from Coliving The Valley. Downtown is 4.2 km from the property. You can find supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, bakeries, and all types of stores there. Buses are available on weekdays and shuttles on weekends. Electric bicycle, scooter, and car rental. Parking outside, in front of the villa. Working is good, but our colivers must also feed their minds and bodies. Thus, we have developed fantastic activities like barbecue parties, pizza tornadoes, board game challenges, dart championships, and outdoor adventure events. Those who like adrenaline will enjoy kayaking, rafting, canyoning, surfing, and stand-up paddles. We are a coliving and coworking community, and most areas are shared with other residents, like the 2 bathrooms (3 bedrooms => 1 bathroom), the kitchenettes/living areas, the swimming pool, the gardens, and the coworking space - a stunning wooden cabin with comfortable chairs, 23.8" LCD monitors, a bathroom, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. The free Wi-Fi is over 500 Mbps next to the router. Our accommodation belongs to a small community living concept for like-minded people to live, work, and play together. The Coliving owners, Mimi and Alexandre, actively engage with the genuine living concept of digital nomads, with spaces and activities that prioritize community and embody the true spirit of coliving. Our workspaces are flexible, from private rooms with desks (Superior and Deluxe bedrooms), ideal for focused calls or online meetings, to several outside wooden garden tables, and our coworking space is open 24-7. You may have to move between our WOW rooms during your stay. However, our 3 WOW Remarkable Private Bedrooms have a balcony, are couple-friendly, and have a better price when compared to the same rooms when booked for the whole stay. Our WOW rooms are limited, so be aware that an opportunity may arise at anytime. A fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, an espresso machine, plates, cutlery, cups, and a kitchen sink are available in each accommodation unit's kitchenette/living area. In the coworking space, you will have a bathroom and a kitchen with the same appliances as the accommodation unit's kitchenettes and, additionally, an Air Fryer, an upright freezer, a dual-plate induction cooker, a rice cooker, a mixer, a citrus juicer, a filter coffee machine, several microwave cookware like a pot for potatoes and crisps, a rice pot, a multifunctional pot, a hard-boiled eggs pot, and an eggs/omelets pot. Hence, 23.8" additional LCD monitors are available in the coworking space. Stable high-speed Wi-Fi of over 500 Mbps, a smart TV, and heating and air conditioning are available in the coworking space. In addition, the coworking space has a kitchenette with the same appliances as the accommodations. Finally, it also has a shared bathroom. Our residents are mainly digital nomads and remote workers. However, ERASMUS students and university researchers are also usually part of our community. Therefore, we have also decided to take things up a level to reflect this food choice and preference development. Thus, instead of a regular stove and a regular oven, for a healthier cooking experience, in all accommodations and the coworking space, you will have a rice cooker and an air fryer. Yes. We have a free shuttle from Porto airport to our coliving. The common areas come fully furnished. The bedrooms are furnished with everything essential. You can add/remove any furniture as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy. A complete and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes. You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirement for the day. No. We provide all cleaning before the next resident comes. Yes. The communal areas are cleaned once a week. Our capacity is for six single people or, in the case of couples, 10 people. The quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
