The house is located in Bonfim, a 7-minute walk to the most tourist places in Porto, but just a step back from them, so you could enjoy living like a local in the coolest neighborhood in town. Walking distance from the best river view, where you can chill, have a drink, and see the amazing sunset overlooking the Douro River. You can also join the beautiful community garden in Fontainhas, and grow your own vegetables. The house consists of 8 rooms in different sizes (4 upper bedrooms with comfortable double beds; 2 single rooms, one with a private toilet and shared terrace; 2 master bedrooms with large double beds, one with a shared terrace); 4 modern bathrooms with showers; and a huge communal area where you can meet new people, work on your laptop, and create new collaborations. The common area has a large and equipped kitchen, dining room, relaxation zone, and wide garage doors that you can open to get some sun and enjoy the neighborhood vibe.
