Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential. You can't add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures). Sadly, we don't allow pets. Yes, they are individual studios with kitchen and bathroom, only the garden, laundry and jacuzzi are common areas. No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food. There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience. Cleaning is carried out weekly, including changes of sheets and towels. We expect and appreciate your doing the dishes and tidying up. Do not leave clothes on the bed, floor, or chairs; cleaning staff will not clean/organize your clothes. We expect and appreciate you cleaning up after making any excessive messes. We have laundry machines available to everyone. Open from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Closed on Sundays. The use of the washing machine is subject to a payment of 2 euros per wash (detergent included). We inform you that we have a transfer service from/to Porto airport. This transfer service has an additional cost of €25 per trip (from and to the airport). If you want to use this service, please send us a message/email with your flight number up to 24 hours before your flight. Yes. We offer additional room cleaning on demand.
