Replacement of bedsheets and pillow covers every fortnightly. Minimum 6 months contract S$750/month Rental & S$738/month Meals & Room Service. Rates applies for HomeStay only. Complete with 1 month full deposit(deposit forfeited if contract terminated within contract period). Any fees not mentioned above are tobe paid separately. Room available 1st Dec 2022 onwards.
