You don’t have to worry about paying those bills by yourself. This space has all basic appliances, cooking basics and more. - Co-living Style Service Apartment Differed from general local leasing apartment, staying with us, you are served by a number of our staff members, whose role involves the upkeep or maintenance of the co-living space. We provide professional cleaning service of the public area bi-weekly, daily garbage disposal; what’s more, basic living supplies and amenities are also provided through on a more structured weekly basis. We'll take care of those little things for you. Our tenants come from different backgrounds and different countries and go to different schools and workplaces. You can have meaningful cultural exchanges here. The only thing we have in common is that we are all super nice people! Room(s): 1. Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one? Can I smoke inside? How about vaping? Can I receive post/mail to the property? Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food? Can I work in the communal area? Do I have to clean the room when I check out? Are the communal areas cleaned frequently? Is there a house/community manager? Can I lock my bedroom door? What public transportation is available? When/how will you refund my security deposit? Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend? Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home. All our tenants under our system can apply to this transfer program, as long as you let us know in advance, you can have the priority to make the transfer to other house. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly. Yes. We will provide updated info once you have moved in. You have access to a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food. We ask that you clean up any mess you make during and after food preparation. You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirement for the day. The tenant must return to Lessor's personal space completely and cleanly after moving out. Bed sets need to be washed and put back in their original places. The tenant is liable for all the costs of replacing and cleaning any stains or dirt that cannot be recovered. Yes, we have cleaning services once a week for the communal areas. Yes, we have our manager, who will help you if any questions arise. Yes, each room can be locked. We also encourage everyone to lock the doors when leaving the house. The apartment is conveniently located near MRT stations and bus stops. Additionally, there are government-provided bicycles (Ubike) available for rent. The holding deposit will be transferred to the security deposit on the day we sign the contract. If everything goes smoothly, the security deposit will be returned to you after your check-out. Sorry, because each of our beds is designated for single occupancy and provided as a single bed, it's not possible to share a bed with friends or partner and split the rental cost.
